About the Founder
James Robinson has dedicated over four decades to guiding at-risk youth toward meaningful employment, personal growth, and productive futures.
James Robinson is the Founder of Robinson New Way Empowerment. With over 40 years of experience working with at-risk youth and young adults through his church and ministry, he has been a strong advocate for youth empowerment and community transformation.
James Robinson works closely with judicial courts and judges while coordinating employment opportunities with companies throughout the greater Cincinnati area. He has been instrumental in securing employment for over 93 youth and young adults with local businesses.
Through faith-based leadership, community partnerships, and hands-on mentorship, James Robinson continues to build bridges between young people and real-world opportunities—working not only to provide jobs, but to instill discipline, responsibility, and long-term purpose in the lives of the youth he serves.
Our Mission
We exist to equip at-risk youth and young adults with the skills, guidance, and opportunities they need to become productive, confident, and self-sufficient members of society.
Robinson New Way Empowerment is a nonprofit Christian ministry founded by James Robinson in Cincinnati, Ohio. The organization exists to teach, assist, and empower at-risk youth and young adults who lack the necessary personal and interpersonal skills to succeed in today’s world.
The organization is currently working toward securing 501(c)(3) certification and completing all necessary administrative requirements. Once certification is established, Robinson New Way Empowerment plans to expand staffing and increase its impact locally and nationwide.
James Robinson believes that at-risk youth and young adults have the potential to become productive, contributing members of society. Robinson New Way Empowerment promotes compassion, understanding, hard work, and discipline in pursuit of this mission.
Our Goals
Teach youth and young adults resume writing skills.
Assist with completing online employment applications.
Prepare candidates for interviews with practical techniques and coaching.
Teach proper workplace dress and professional presentation.
Provide guidance and counseling support.
Partner with churches nationwide to train them to work with at-risk youth and young adults.
Work with local companies to secure employment opportunities in their cities.
Help deter young people from a life of crime.
Instill entrepreneurial skills that can be applied within their communities.
